Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when Qwiks Co. refunds purchases made on https://shop.qwiks.co. It follows the policy published on qwiks.co, applied to software licenses.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if:

  • the license has not been activated on a live (production) site — activations on development or staging sites don't count; and
  • you have not downloaded more than you need to evaluate the Product, and no setup, integration or custom work has been carried out for you.

Request a refund by opening a support ticket or emailing admin@qwiks.co with your order number.

2. Not refundable

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the following are not refundable:

  • licenses that have been activated on a live site, or purchases outside the refund window;
  • subscription periods that have already started, including automatic renewals;
  • renewals of updates and support for one-time licenses;
  • custom development, private or customer-specific builds, setup and onboarding;
  • third-party costs (domains, hosting, third-party licenses).

3. Subscriptions and cancellation

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from My account → Licenses (or in your PayPal account). Cancellation stops future charges. The current period is not refunded, and your license stays active until the end of it.

4. What happens after a refund

When a refund is approved, the license is deactivated and suspended, and any subscription is cancelled. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Bank-transfer refunds are returned to the account that paid.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank or PayPal — we usually resolve issues quickly. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks lead to immediate suspension of the related licenses and account.

6. Requests outside this policy

We may review other requests at our discretion. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
